Thanks young man for your kind guidance to a tired elder woman from Texas in explaining the types and length of tours cheerfully and politely even though I am sure you were probably on your hundredth time for the week. You are appreciated.

My husband and I visited GCNP in April 2024 and had the most wonderful time walking the South Rim trail in snow flurries. We spoke with some Park Ambassadors standing (in the flurries) at an information table outside the visitor center. It was a cold and windy day, but they were smiling and interacting with visitors, and like us, delighting in the beauty of the day. We had a delightful day, the light was incredible, clouds with snow, dark clouds, and sun alternated throughout our visit, creating incredible views that came and went unexpectedly.

Hi Floy, We visited the Fort Davis National Historic Site on 5 October 2024. It was a busy morning for you, but you took time to explain everything to all who came in. We were the first in a large group, but I overheard you giving the same details, explanations, recommendations, and advice to those who came after us. We enjoyed the movie very much and were especially impressed by the ending message. We've already recommended a visit to the Fort Davis NHS to our family and friends. We live in Austin, so we don't get to Fort Davis often; but we hope to see you again.

Many thanks to Shannon Hurley for his insightful tour of Mammoth Caves Frozen Niagara. The tour had several crying toddlers on it,yet he and Aaron persevered. At the end, after explaining why Mammoth Cave is free for everyone to enter, he made a poignant comment about observing Veterans Day which had me biteing my lip not to cry. Mr Hurley was engaging and candid. Great tour.
