A Tribute to the People that Care for National Parks

Thank you to the more than 22,000 national park rangers and employees who care for our parks.

Many of them have been around a long time. Some are newer to the family.

They know that life can be both beautiful and complex.

They remind us that we have so much in common. And, they celebrate our differences too.

They provide comfort, calm, and community.

They offer hope and reminders of the resilience of the human spirit.

They are cared for by more than 22,000 national park rangers and employees.

And, they are cared about by all of us.

They are national parks.

And together, we are parks.
